Seeking a creative Content Creator to manage social media accounts for restaurant clients by developing engaging content, building community engagement, and collaborating with local influencers to boost visibility and foot traffic.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator for Serial Media, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple social media accounts for our restaurant clients. You will create, curate, and post daily content that resonates with target audiences while ensuring consistency and brand alignment. You will also actively research, identify, and connect with local influencers to collaborate with the restaurants, helping to increase visibility and drive foot traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, design, and post daily content for restaurant clients across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging visuals, captions, and stories that highlight the restaurants’ offerings, promotions, and events.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into content strategies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic.
- Community Engagement & Growth:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and local audiences to build a loyal community.
- Track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Influencer Research & Partnerships:
- Research and identify local influencers, bloggers, and content creators who align with the brand and target audience.
- Reach out to influencers and build partnerships that drive foot traffic to the restaurants.
- Coordinate and manage influencer visits, ensuring they receive a positive experience and share content that promotes the restaurant.
- Track influencer performance and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Strategy & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that support restaurant goals.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to restaurant clients on content performance and engagement.
- Recommend adjustments to content and strategy based on data and feedback.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with restaurant owners, managers, and the marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into compelling social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with new social media tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each.
- Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Ability to create eye-catching visuals and content, with a keen eye for design.
- Experience in influencer marketing and building relationships with local influencers.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for food, dining, and the restaurant industry is a must.
