Seeking a content manager to lead Adobe's creative career content hub, aiding aspiring designers and creatives in launching their careers through portfolio development, job hunting resources, and networking strategies.

The Opportunity
The Community team is seeking an exceptional, content manager to lead our creative career content hub to support our customers as they launch their careers. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on future designers, illustrators, photographers, video editors and more. The creative career content hub will help them decide on a career path, connect them to hiring managers, and help them get their first job.
What you'll Do
Define the content calendar for helping people who want to have a creative career in the design, photography, or video related to topics like portfolio development, interview skills, mentoring, networking, self-promotion, and more
Build relationships with successful creatives who have carved out a creative career for themselves, whether it be freelance, agency, in-house brand, or started their own shop
Creat e high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms and formats , including courses, live events, articles, social media and email
Optimi ze content for SEO and ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
Collaborat e with creative career program lead, community team, and cross-functional teams to develop content that supports key moments throughout the year
What you need to succeed
BA/BS in journalism, marketing, communications, business, or a design field relevant to any of the creative communities preferred or 7+ years experience in marketing creative products or community building role or equivalent practical experience.
A desire to help the next generation of creative professionals launch and grow their careers
Experience building content for job hunting, self-promotion, and networking with preference for related experience in creative fields
Knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation and persona development
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
Familiarity with content distribution and amplification strategies, including social media advertising and influencer marketing
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices
Ability to work independently across large internal teams as well as with partner organizations in the community.
Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills.
Experience as a creative professional yourself.
Experience using Creative Cloud tools and services is a bonus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
