SHORT DESCRIPTION
Corpay is seeking a Content Marketer to oversee marketing efforts for its lodging business lines, responsible for content creation, social media management, and marketing collateral development in a virtual environment.
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Content Marketer within our Marketing division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located virtually. In this role, you will bring creativity, strategy, and execution to our marketing efforts across three key lodging business lines: CLC Lodging (workforce lodging solutions), ALE Solutions (insurance temporary housing), and TA Connections (airline crew and passenger lodging). From managing social channels to creating compelling campaigns and eye-catching collateral, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our key audiences streamline and elevate their lodging solutions. You will report directly to the VP of Brand & Communications and regularly collaborate with the hotel team, sales team, and other department(s).

As a Content Marketer, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Developing compelling, on-brand content for digital and print platforms, including blog posts, brochures, social media posts, ads, email campaigns, decks, and infographics.
- Designing visually engaging materials.
- Social Media Management:
- Managing and maintaining social media accounts across platforms.
- Implementing strategies for reputation management and audience engagement.
- Analyzing and reporting on social media performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Marketing Collateral Development:
- Creating resources tailored to the needs of each business line, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and goals.
- Supporting sales enablement and client satisfaction through the creation of polished materials.
- SEO & Digital Optimization (Preferred):
- Collaborating with teams to enhance content visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Leveraging SEO insights to inform content strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years in content marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging and impactful content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to support content creation.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with proven success managing multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset, including experience with social media reporting and analytics to drive performance improvements.
- Experience with SEO, including keyword research and content optimization, is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or experience in industries such as hospitality, insurance, or airlines.
- Basic video editing skills to create and refine promotional or informational videos is preferred
- A creative "jack of all trades" with a deep passion for content marketing and storytelling.
