Responsibilities

Position Objective:

The Content Manager will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop content to drive Better Health Group's no-cost, payer-funded program that helps primary care practices improve care coordination and patient outcomes, increase revenue, and successfully transition to value-based care
  • Drive engagement and conversations with an emphasis on B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) through writing and content creation
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, independent primary practice needs, and competitive landscape
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, traditional, etc.)
  • Drive messaging, positioning, creative, and versioning recommendations for content assets
  • Write direct responses as well as academic style content, and participate in omnichannel distribution of these messages
  • Develop engagement content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Utilize systems and processes to enable the creation, production, and management of marketing materials, including asset naming and numbering, file storage, and/or digital asset management system (DAM), variable data production, proofing tools, project management systems such as Monday.com
  • Develop and design executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Plan and execute industry trade shows, managing logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements/ Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related role with direct authorship of various types of business and marketing communications B2B and B2C (writing samples required)
  • Industry experience, preferably in healthcare, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Supplement plans, desired
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
  • Preferred experience with video scripting, and video editing (using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, and AfterEffects)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and competency in business writing
  • Demonstrated skill in summarizing complex sets of information into meaningful, clear, non-technical language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populations
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to handle data with confidentiality

Physical Requirements:
  • Requires standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have own means of transportation

Other:

Position can be remote in one of our core states of business. However, travel will be required, specifically to Tampa, FL.

Pay Range
