Proof is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to craft high-quality, impactful content that effectively conveys our brand story to our target audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy designed to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and generate leads. You will be responsible for developing blog content, case studies, email sequences, white papers, newsletters, supportive copy for product launches, press releases, and more through collaboration with our revenue marketing, product marketing, and product management teams.

What you’ll do as the Content Marketing Manager at Proof:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business objectives, audience preferences, and industry trends to develop a holistic content strategy supported by data-driven insights.
- Use market research and customer insights to create targeted, relevant content tailored to specific audience segments and aligned with the buyer's journey stages.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive content calendar with a diverse mix of formats, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Implement robust analytics to track KPIs, optimize content strategies, and refine distribution across key platforms (social, email, and web) to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Develop efficient workflows to streamline content creation, from ideation and research to final publication, ensuring collaboration and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with revenue marketing, product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to align content with broader campaigns, product updates, and customer needs.
- Create personalized content pathways to guide leads through impactful experiences while integrating feedback and emerging trends into ongoing strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Over 5 years of content marketing experience. Preference given to candidates who have previously worked in a B2B SaaS environment with expertise in topics like identity verification, Fraud, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven ability to craft engaging, tailored content for specific audiences, demonstrated through a portfolio of diverse formats (blog posts, white papers, case studies, email campaigns).Proficient in using analytics tools to measure content effectiveness, with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
- Skilled in developing and executing multichannel content strategies, including social media, email marketing, webinars, and partnerships.
- Experience creating content across earned, owned, and paid channels.
