The Cliffs Notes

The Content Marketing Manager, reporting to our EVP, Marketing, is instrumental in the creation and implementation of multi-channel content and assets to power Kinective’s go-to-market strategies.?

This crucial cog our in-house marketing team produces killer content for our target market (executives at banks and credit unions) like videos, guides, blogs, social posts, quizzes, industry reports, how-to guides, direct mail packages, and so much more.??

A successful content marketing manager at Kinective will create compelling and informed marketing content that engages our audience and helps drive meaningful growth through various campaigns, thought leadership, and ABM initiatives. Above all, you will be an expert in understanding our buyer's journey and crafting content that resonates with our target audience.?

What you’ll own:

  • Developing and delivering content marketing campaigns to meet growth objectives?
  • Writing polished, fun, and research-backed content (including email campaigns, guides, infographics, blogs, video script, web copy, etc.) using the voice, tone, and style that is consistent with Kinective’s brand and goals?
  • Working with our design team to produce high-quality content?
  • Collaborating with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure our content is in line with the values we deliver with our products?
  • Building out content marketing strategies and assets to promote Kinective products, services, resources, and news using email, social media, direct mail, SEO, and guerilla marketing strategies?
  • Proven social media marketing and strategy – Emphasis on Linkedin and YouTube?
  • Press release creation

What you’re great at:?

  • Ability to gain a solid understanding of the banking technology and services landscape, including key trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks, to create relevant and impactful content that resonates with our target audiences of financial institutions.
  • The ability to craft comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals, support lead generation, and drive customer engagement, while addressing the unique needs of the financial sector.
  • Strong writing skills to create clear, persuasive, and informative content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and social media content that speaks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use data to refine strategies, optimize content, and measure ROI, ensuring content campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in managing multiple content projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, including working with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, etc.) to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
  • A deep understanding of learning about the target audiences within the financial industry, enabling the creation of tailored content that speaks to the specific pain points, needs, and goals of different customer segments, such as decision-makers at banks or credit unions.
Requirements:


Necessary Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a similar field??
  • 5+ years of experience in a content marketing or strategic writing role??
  • 4+ years of marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) experience preferred??
  • 3+ years of integrated marketing experience??
  • Understanding of Inbound marketing strategies??
  • WordPress familiarity??

The Team

In this role, you would be a part of the Marketing Team and reporting to our EVP, Marketing.?

Office Expectations:

This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.??
