Overview:
Suncadia is the leading resort community in the Pacific Northwest specializing in second/vacation home real estate. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting original and engaging content tailored to capture the interest of potential real estate clients. Your expertise in creating persuasive email copy, and visually stunning graphics will drive our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence. By leveraging your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, you will develop content that not only resonates with our target audiences but also drives engagement and conversions, ensuring Suncadia stands out in a competitive market. Your creative storytelling and strategic insights will be integral to our success in attracting interest in property ownership opportunities. The individual must be familiar with design best practices and would benefit from basic understanding of standard concepts and procedures for real estate sales and marketing. In addition, the Content Marketing Specialist will work in cooperation with a team of Creative Services Manager(s), Director(s) of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer and members of our sales team in the implementation of the company’s day to day marketing and sales plan. Evenings and weekends may be required as part of the work schedule.

Salary Range:
$77,968.80 Yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a wide range of marketing and creative support to various members of the Suncadia Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Design, write and distribute compelling and persuasive email marketing campaigns.
  • Creation of various marketing collateral for print, media, and the web, ranging from small-scale informational flyers, folders, and brochures to large-scale pieces such as maps, signage, website, and highway billboards.
  • Optimize online content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies per Business Plan.
  • Continually research other communities and resorts for marketing ideas, i.e. collateral, advertising, events, etc. and propose new plans.
  • Additional design support for brand and hospitality initiatives as needed.
  • Work with 3rd party marketing groups to achieve finished task or product as a lead or support.
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and professional demeanor in a busy and changeable atmosphere-from an office environment to outdoor event sites.
  • Interface with all resort, real estate, and development departments as well as the public and clients.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Some evening and weekends will be included in your work schedule.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent related experience and education.
  • Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Premier Pro and After Effects a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Propertybase, Lasso) and email platforms (eg. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience in social media platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of Wordpress, HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Prefer two years’ experience in real estate marketing and or resort real estate marketing but not necessary.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to use office equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Proven organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams and Monday.com a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including compositions, grammar spelling, punctuation, and business communication.
  • Motivated to monitor new trends and learn new skills in the ever-evolving trade of marketing.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
