Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic communications professional. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, flexibility, and teamwork. As a Content Producer, you will be key in shaping our clients' online presence by ideating, creating and managing organic social media and website content. This position requires a proactive individual who can independently visit client locations around Arkansas to gather content.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

• A content creator who can ideate, develop and execute organic social media strategies across various platforms for our clients. This also includes managing content calendars, scheduling posts and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of work.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to create compelling content across a variety of platforms and mediums.
• The ability to analyze, measure and report on engagement with organic social posts and campaigns.
• A proficient writer familiar with the editing process. You can research and understand keyword correlations for website content, such as blogs and landing pages. You can also craft compelling captions, posts and copy.
• A customer-service mindset. You’ll monitor and manage online comments, messages and reviews across various platforms, responding professionally to positive and negative feedback in alignment with the client’s voice. You’ll work with the client to develop responses to negative reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
• A hybrid employee. You’ll be in-office two days a week and regularly visit client locations around Arkansas to capture high-quality photo and video content in accordance with their social media strategies.
• A good listener, a team player, and a counselor. You can build strong relationships with your team, agency clients, account staff, client relationship leaders and other senior managers in the firm.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Plus an affinity for the details and small things.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is preferred.
• Experience with social media tools and work management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Business Profile, Monday.com, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience with or a degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or business is preferred.
