We are a creative content studio in Las Vegas specializing in podcasting, video production, and social media content creation. For the past three years, we’ve helped clients produce high-quality content using our proven systems and processes. Now, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Studio Production Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and studio needs. If you’re someone who thrives in a structured yet creative environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working hands-on with clients, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Production Support:
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, and lighting for video and podcast sessions.
- Test all equipment before each session to ensure functionality and quality.
- Assist clients during their sessions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor recordings to ensure professional-quality results.
- Be prepared to independently handle a full client booking (from setup to session completion) within 30 days of starting.
- Post-Session Tasks:
- Organize and upload recorded footage to designated storage systems or editors.
- Document session details and maintain accurate records for client preferences.
- Studio Maintenance:
- Prepare and reset the studio for each session, ensuring equipment is ready to go.
- Keep the space clean, organized, and ready to impress.
- Identify ways to improve workflows and enhance the studio experience.

- Someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of studio operations.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $20 - $25/hour, based on experience and skills.
