Job Description: In this role, you'll play a key part in visual and editorial content creation for social media, our website, and email marketing. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on camera, creating high quality videos and images of themselves in various locations while wearing our hosiery products to create engaging content. You should be knowledgeable about current and evolving fashion and digital media trends to produce relevant, up-to-date content, with a strong fashion sense that reflects the top-tier image of our online store. Initially, you’ll also handle small office/warehouse tasks as needed, as well as packing and sending out orders, though these responsibilities will phase out as we expand.
Responsibilities
- Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to digital channels.
- Proactively assess content needs across digital channels and create targeted content for each stage of the customer journey.
- Research, write, edit, and update compelling content for emails, website, blog, social media and promotional materials.
- Create, edit, and develop high-quality reels, video, and photo content for social media that engages the audience through compelling storytelling, hooks, and effective CTAs.
- Manage social accounts, engaging with users and responding to comments and questions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
- Evaluate, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness to improve performance.
- Monitor the company’s customer service inbox, responding to consumer requests and inquiries.
- Support company operations with various office tasks as needed.
- Assist in warehouse management and order fulfillment.
Skills and qualifications:
- Creative thinker with a talent for generating content ideas.
- Excellent copywriting, social media, and photo/video production skills.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and superb project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who is able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with photo and video editing apps.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, file management, and internet research.
- Preferred: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tools.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks involving standing, reaching, and kneeling.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
