Content Marketing Manager for Sunny Health & Fitness, Inc., responsible for developing and managing content marketing programs, leading a team, and analyzing data to drive engagement and awareness of company products and services.

Please be advised the job position is located in the City of Industry, CA. This position is full-time and ON-SITE.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will lead the development and management of content marketing programs, including content strategy, writing, auditing, publishing, and promoting content across relevant channels. This position will have a unique opportunity to combine creative and content strategy with a data-driven approach aimed to support the growth and expansion of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background, an analytical mind, and a proven track record of developing and leveraging targeted content to drive engagement and awareness of company products, services, and overall brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas for compelling content that adheres to required branding and style guidelines.
  • Manage and mentor content writers and oversee the writing, proofreading, and copy editing for various channels including online platforms and print materials.
  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to strategize ideas for marketing materials and programs; guide the team on video/photography content production.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for new and existing products.
  • Manage all marketing projects according to timeline and budget.
  • Follow the marketplace to stay informed on the latest trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Constantly evaluate internal practices and drive solutions that make our team scalable.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to monitor the overall marketing channel performance.
  • Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of consumer trends and establish strategies and metrics.
  • Build, manage, and drive traffic to the company’s social media profile and presence through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms.
  • Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
  • Provide visibility into results, measure content effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize content strategy.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with media influencers.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years proven experience in marketing with a particular focus on content
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with a highly collaborative work style.
  • Proven experience developing integrated content strategy and content-driven programs
  • Ability to create and meet deadlines while managing the team’s time efficiently and prioritizing in a multi-tasking environment
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to guide topic and content development
  • Strong project management skills, experience managing freelancers, and ability to seamlessly manage design processe
  • Advanced knowledge of content marketing methodology and demonstrated knowledge of effective engagement processes and tools to drive audiences to act
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated application of AP style writing with significant experience crafting technology narratives and messaging
  • Self-starter with an exceptional ability to follow through, lead and influence others
  • Knowledge of CRM (Dynamic 365) and marketing automation software (Hubspot, Marketo).
