SUMMARY OF ROLE

As a rapidly growing company in the cannabis industry, we are looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Content Manager to join our team. This role is critical to developing and executing creative content strategies that resonate with our customers across all digital platforms. The Creative Content Manager will collaborate with various teams to create dynamic and engaging content that elevates MFUSED's brand identity and engages our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, video production, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following but other duties may be assigned):

Content Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive content strategies to support MFUSED’s marketing, sales, and brand objectives across various digital platforms, including all online platforms (ex.) social media, e-commerce, and email campaigns.

Content Creation and Production: Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video and still content that aligns with MFUSED’s brand vision and engages our target audience. Manage all aspects of production and post-production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

Digital Marketing Support: Develop compelling content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling, ensuring all content aligns with MFUSED’s digital marketing goals and brand standards.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to produce content that supports business objectives and enhances the overall customer experience.

Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all content produced is of the highest quality. Utilize project management tools such as Asana to track progress and maintain clear communication.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and feel across all digital content. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company’s values and mission.

Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to enhance creativity, drive innovation, and maintain relevance in a competitive marketplace.

Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital archive of all content projects, ensuring easy access for future use and continuity across all platforms.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategy and identify areas for improvement.

Creative Brainstorming: Participate in regular creative brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and strategies that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and digital marketing, preferably in the cannabis, beauty, or consumer goods industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, Communications, or a related field is required.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in video production, including shooting and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with other content creation tools.

Content Strategy Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.

Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating innovative content creation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will play a key role in setting content standards and overseeing the quality of content produced across all platforms.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Some travel may be required to capture content at various locations or attend industry events.

The work environment is primarily office-based, with occasional exposure to production settings. Exposure to cannabis products may occur.
