Our USA-CLEAN division focuses on the Industrial Floor Cleaning Equipment space. We have the nation’s largest selection of parts to keep customers’ equipment up and running. In addition, if the customer can’t install the part themselves, we have over 500 service technicians nationwide ready to dispatch to our customers' locations when equipment needs repair.
USA-CLEAN by Jon-Don, a large and growing distributor of equipment, chemicals, and supplies to professional contractors, is seeking a Content Product Management Specialist.
The Content Product Management Specialist position is ideal for the individual who is well-organized and adaptable with a strong proficiency with managing product information. The main responsibilities of this position are to manage products and associated data as well as machine diagrams and other technical information to meet customer needs. Candidates for this position should have experience with Adobe software like Photoshop or InDesign, Microsoft Excel, high aptitude with computers, and the ability to understand and process technical information. The ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with other team members or cross-functional teams and a strong attention to detail are also highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Content Product Management Specialist duties may include, but are not limited to, the following
- Loading and managing part information
- Loading diagram information for commercial floor cleaning equipment
- Editing images for website
- Auditing of existing materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating content with Content Marketing Specialists
- Creating documents detailing technical information about machines or machine systems
- Manage special projects to compile and/or update information for customer use
- Assist in providing specific technical information on parts or machine systems
- Communicate/negotiate with Vendors on products
- Build supplier relationships
- Manage large amounts of data
