Contract - Associate Account Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of related experience, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Publisher and Developer Relation accounts, maintain product information and related assets, manage financial information in Nintendo's Licensing system, and assist with order flow, manufacturing, Lotcheck approval, digital content, and e-commerce releases.

- Supports Publisher and Developer Relation accounts and processes for physical and digital software.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining product information and related assets.
- Including account financial information in Nintendo’s proprietary Licensing system as well as supporting execution of order flow, manufacturing, Lotcheck approval, digital content, and ecommerce (e.g. eShop, etc.) release and updates.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent.

This contract position has a base pay range of $30 - $43 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
