QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in the Insurance industry and high-volume Sales requisitions, strong candidate relationship management, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems, collaborative team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers, manage job postings, screen resumes, utilize ATS to rank candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate interview schedules, ensure clear communication, collect feedback, extend job offers, assist with onboarding, maintain candidate data, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The Opportunity...
This is a full-time 5-6 month contract. We are ideally looking for someone who is located in the central or east coast timezones.
How You'll Contribute...
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Manage and monitor job postings on various platforms.
- Perform initial screening of received resumes against job requirements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Fountain ATS) to sort and rank candidates.
- Create a shortlist of potential candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of interview details.
- Collect and analyze feedback post-interview from both candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, and confirm start dates and onboarding process.
- Work closely with HR and team managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain clean candidate data in the ATS system for accurate reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
What We're Looking For...
- 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, ideally focused in the Insurance industry and with high-volume Sales requisitions
- Proven success in attracting and assessing talent in a competitive market, preferably in-house.
- Strong candidate relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide expertise and guidance to hiring managers on market trends, talent, salary recommendations, and interview best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in ATS systems and pipeline management.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to work autonomously with an eagerness to contribute to innovative talent strategies.
Bonus Points...
- Fountain ATS System knowledge.
- Experience hiring for high-volume call centers or Insurance Sales Agents is preferable
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations.
