What You Will Get To Do:
- Oversee the hypothesis generation process by gathering and interpreting quantitative and qualitative insights, assessing, validating and prioritizing consumer experience testing opportunities and maintaining a backlog of future testing opportunities.
- Create A/B test plans that define hypotheses, document test goals, identify elements being tested, and establish test timing estimations and reporting plans.
- Manage a balanced testing roadmap that covers a diverse swath of brands, devices, areas of ownership and level of effort
- Own analytics of the full funnel experience including insights, attribution, and tech configuration support. Manage the maintenance of internal dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth.
- Build timely, visual, compelling, fact-based test recaps, using data analysis, that strongly communicate the business ‘story’ behind the data and further a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through the application of web engagement best practices and skilled CMS and Content optimization.
- Utilize web engagement tools such as VWO, OptinMonster, Drift or similar platforms to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and optimize website performance.
- Oversee web project management, including website updates, enhancements, and optimization projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Periodically audit web and digital content to ensure UX and SEO best practices while they stay aligned with Intralinks’ mission.
- Manage website support tickets and find solutions to solve key stakeholder requests.
- Ability to implement localization/translations manually or using CMS provided files like .XLIFF or similar.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in web technology, with a strong understanding of Drupal CMS, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing web & marketing technology solutions, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb, Marketo, Google Analytics, VWO, SEMRush, Drift, Siteimprove, OptinMonster etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data to drive decision-making and strategy development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to build responsive and interactive web pages.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities; willingness to be hands-on.
- Strong desire to be challenged, work hard, and grow personally and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
