Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
Wholesome Goods is seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to revolutionize our e-commerce landscape. As a strategic leader, you will be instrumental in driving significant improvements in user experience, conversions, and overall site performance across multiple brands and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Advanced Testing and Optimization: Conduct advanced A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests to optimize key conversion funnels while considering lifetime value & retention metrics.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities, track performance metrics, and measure the impact of optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of CRO initiatives.
  • User Experience Optimization: Enhance user experience by conducting usability testing, heatmap analysis, and user journey mapping.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor site performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest CRO trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members on CRO principles and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, , Intelligems, Optimizely), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for identifying and solving complex problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A passion for experimentation and a willingness to think outside the box.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
