CoolVines Content Creator / Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a self-starting and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Lead/Graphic Designer. This role will primarily be responsible for planning, developing and executing engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Secondarily, this role will include creating in-store signage and other marketing materials that follow our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Create engaging captions, stories, and reels for social media platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
• Create and manage a schedule that utilizes other team members to help create fresh content on a weekly basis.
• Develop compelling and informative content for website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), blog, and email newsletters, in collaboration with other department managers.

Graphic Design:

• Design visuals for social media posts, website banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Design and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Utilize photo and video editing software to enhance visual content.

Customer Engagement:

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
• Build relationships with customers through online interactions.
• Gather customer feedback to inform content strategy.

Other Duties as Assigned:

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator/Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative and design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and canva.
• Experience with social media marketing and analytics.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Experience with Klaviyo and/or Shopify platforms.
• Wine industry certifications
• Passion for Wine/Spirits/Beer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
