The Coordinator, Business Leadership will support the team at Superfly in planning and executing client events and campaigns, requiring strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Business Leadership supports the Business Leadership team, working with internal departments at Superfly to plan and execute events, experiences and campaigns for clients. Project management and attention to detail are central to this position. This person must be organized and self-motivated, capable of thinking creatively and quickly, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Project Support
- Supporting the overall maintenance of documents and flow of communication across the project including workback schedules, calendars, agendas, contact sheets, etc.
- Collect internal inputs and buy-in to construct agendas for client and internal calls ensuring the proper information is prioritized, discussed and actionable
- Distill large amounts of information into digestible formats (i.e. briefs, decks, backgrounders, etc.)
- Executing project tasks, as directed by manager(s)
- Keeping a pulse of industry trends, compiling research into routine client updates

Internal Admin Support
- Provide administrative support to direct managers and the senior leadership team, including coding & tracking monthly expenses, calendar & travel management, and additional administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate and participate in internal and client meetings: communicating details, writing statuses, securing conference rooms, etc.
- Proactively manages competitive reviews and industry research to inform business and creative
What we require:
- College degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience working on branded events and/or experiential marketing (including internships)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well-developed time management, organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple internal and external client needs
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working in Asana, GSuite Products
- Experience working on B2B Experiences and/or Experiential Marketing

When determining compensation, several unique factors come into play. Currently, a fair estimate range is hourly $26-$28. Compensation decisions are influenced by factors such as experience, training, skill set, business needs, and travel requirements.
