SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support digital marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager.
THE ROLE:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role will involve working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and effectively reach target audiences.
- Audience Segmentation: Support the development and management of segmented email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Template Creation and Optimization: Collaborate in designing and maintaining email templates that are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards. Ensure templates are optimized for responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and email clients, adhering to best practices for deliverability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimized future campaigns.
- A/B Testing and optimization: conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (e.g., subject lines, content images) to determine what drive best results. Implement changes based on test results to continuously improve email performance.
- List Management: Maintain and clean email lists to ensure data accuracy and minimize bounce rates. Implement strategies to grow the email subscriber base and retain existing subscribers.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection laws. Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholder and design team to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in the development and management of automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment reminders, and re-engagement campaigns. Create email strategies that nurture leads and drive retention and loyalty.
- Troubleshoot and Support: Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, formatting, ad functionality. Provide support for internal stakeholders regarding email marketing strategies and execution.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
