QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, 1-3 years of marketing experience, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of digital marketing preferred.

Support the Brand Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, coordinate project briefs and timelines, develop retail communication materials, assist with market research and strategy development, and maintain a comprehensive marketing materials guide.

This role focuses primarily on supporting the Brand Marketing team in the execution of Hannaford’s brand programs (such as Hannaford to Go, Time Savers, Private Brands, etc.). It will be instrumental in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, cross-functional and retail communication, and light strategy development while maintaining a comprehensive marketing materials guide. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for brand development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Execution Support:
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
Coordinate project brief entry, timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Collaborates with Merchandising, Category Managers, Marketing, Store Communication, vendors, suppliers, and agencies to deliver on all brand plan elements with excellence, aligning on campaign goals and deliverables while meeting timelines and budgets.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the brand marketing team and retail and home office partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Develop and distribute retail communication materials, including promotional guides, product information, and campaign updates.
Address retail inquiries and provide timely solutions to marketing-related requests.
Strategy Development:
Assist with market research and analyze trends to support the development of strategic initiatives.
Participates in key brainstorming, strategy, and planning sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies.
May develop strategic briefs in support of Brand Marketing plans
Marketing Materials Guide/Maintenance:
Maintain and update a comprehensive marketing materials guide to ensure all assets are current, organized, and accessible.
Maintain sign/compliance templates with vendor partner. Develop new signs as needed.
Coordinate with the design team to refresh outdated materials as needed.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and retail environments is preferred.

The Pay Range for this position is $23.58-$35.37
