QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in social media influencer campaign management, strong interest in influencer event management, reliable and fast worker, and a keen interest in social media trends and emerging influencers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source influencers for campaigns, manage influencer campaign logistics including outreach and payments, maintain campaign documentation, establish relationships within the influencer space, and stay informed on platform updates and marketing trends.

Gallery Media Group is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support campaign processes, manage influencer relationships, and contribute to the growth of influencer marketing initiatives.

Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses—a fusion of social content, creators, and cultural moments at scale—and a robust influencer marketing business. We're seeking a full-time, Influencer Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Influencer Marketing team in all aspects of the campaign process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influencer Sourcing
- Source influencers that fit the correct demographic and audience for each campaign
- Keep a pulse on trending influencers within the space to use for brand partnerships
- Use influencer marketing tools to assess and find ideal partners
Influencer Campaign Management
- Support team as needed on campaigns which includes, but not limited to outreach emails, content deliverables and approvals, and processing influencer payments
- Organize campaign details in internal drives and keep trackers up-to-date
- Ensure influencer content was posted at specified date and obtain live links and screenshots
Be an Expert in the Influencer Marketing space
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
- Stay informed of platform updates, specifically across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch and Twitter
- Maintain an understanding of influencer marketing landscape, staying on top of trends and implementing changes as needed and help with newsletter
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- You have 1-3 years experience in social media influencer campaign management
- Strong interest in influencer event management that may require domestic travel
- You are a reliable, motivated, self-sufficient and fast worker
- You are obsessed with all things social media and are usually following rising influencers before they go viral
