Essential Job Functions

• Write advertising copy to be used in broadcast or published media whether in print or digital format.
• Research and edit copy that will be used in various forms of advertising.
• Develop slogans and copy to persuade the target audience to purchase the company’s products or services.
• Meet with clients to understand the intended audience and the message the company wants to communicate.
• Present ideas to clients and modifies them based on feedback provided.
• Oversee the production of advertising materials.
• Create high-converting email copy in under 20 minutes per email using AI tools and automation.
• Lead the execution of email marketing strategies for multiple premium e-commerce brands
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports tracking key metrics.
• Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve results.
• Set up advanced features including flows, segments, and dynamic content.
• Provide daily updates on progress and track individual KPIs.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience in writing, editing, or copywriting for both digital and print media
• Demonstrated experience producing clear, persuasive, original copy
• Ability to work independently and as a team member while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
• Excellent creative and writing skills
• Excellent copy editing and proofing skills
• Excellent critical and creative thinking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to leverage copywriting experience to provide consultation and guidance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools for content creation
• Strong understanding of e-commerce email marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite
• Key Results / Key Outcomes:
• Consistently produce email copy in under 20 minutes per email with less than 10% requiring major revisions
• Maintain SMS creation speed under 10 minutes per message.
• Always keep proper organization and naming conventions.
• Maintain effective communication with team and leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Track and improve key performance metrics consistently.
• Demonstrate mastery of AI tools and automation processes
