Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of channels, including websites, email newsletters, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing materials, and offering memorandums for real estate transactions and business acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content that aligns with The Ellitan Group’s mission and business goals.
• Research real estate trends, market insights, and industry developments to produce relevant content that educates and informs our audience.
• Create engaging property descriptions, promotional materials, and client-facing documents that highlight key features and benefits.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms and materials.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
• Stay up to date with the latest content trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with experience in real estate, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience in writing business plans, marketing materials, and offering memorandums for real estate or business transactions.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to write optimized content.
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive action and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
