Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Copywriter with 5–8 years of professional experience in crafting high-quality, impactful content for email marketing (including drip and ABM campaigns), social media, and various other creative needs across departments. The ideal candidate is a versatile and results-oriented writer who excels at developing copy that converts, engages, and aligns with client goals. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including email marketing, social media, creative, and marketing services, to deliver consistent, engaging, and results-driven messaging.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing Support:

  • Develop compelling content for email marketing campaigns, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), drip campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing series.
  • Craft subject lines, body copy, and CTAs optimized for conversions and engagement.
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Specialist to analyze email performance and refine messaging strategies.

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Create engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, hashtags, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align content with overall campaign goals for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients.
  • Research trends and implement best practices to improve social media engagement and follower growth.

Cross-Departmental Copy Needs:

  • Write for various channels, including landing pages, blog articles, press releases, video scripts, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Support SEO and paid media efforts by crafting optimized ad copy and content aligned with search intent.
  • Partner with the Creative and Marketing Services teams to align copy with visual and strategic objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Use data to assess copy effectiveness across email, social media, and other campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing for subject lines, ad copy, and other creative elements to maximize engagement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance campaign results.

QualificationsExperience:

  • 5–8 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to write for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.

Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of persuasive and conversion-focused copy.
  • Expertise in crafting content for email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
