Seeking a part-time Copywriter to create compelling sales copy and content for email campaigns and other marketing materials, with a focus on collaboration and using AI for content generation.

Are you a Copywriter who can write Killer Sales Copy? We Need You!

We need a super talented Copywriter for our team that can work 10-20 hours a week. The Copywriter shall create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines. You will also be responsible for creating and organizing all the written content for email campaigns including subject line, preview text, headlines, sub headlines, CTA, and body content. You must be collaborative and speak with internal parties to learn about their content needs, and learn about the target audience for copy. You will also assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content. An emphasis on the use of AI to assist in content generation is essential. It is also required to attend 3-5 hours of team/project meetings per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Write email content to support educational webinars, investment offerings, indoctrination, nurture series, and product emails.
  • Develop, draft, and convert short-form and long-form content including ebooks, brochures, infographics, case studies, success stories, guides, blogs, FAQs, videos, sales pages, and landing pages.
  • Turn product solutions into a clear, succinct and engaging story for our customers.
  • Maintain consistency with corporate style guidelines and ability to proofread to ensure highest quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize to manage competing internal client demands.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience, preferably with sales copy, with strong communication, research, and typing skills.
  • Highly proficient in Google G Suite.
  • Demonstrated writing skills, with focus on clear, concise communications to target audience.
  • Have a working knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
  • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
  • Receptiveness to feedback.
  • Willingness to meet tight deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively.
  • Advanced grammar and copy-editing skills.
  • Work well independently as well as be able to collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Experience writing copy in the Real Estate Investing industry or a related industry is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to format special reports and presentations in Canva is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
