Corporate Account Manager
LOCATION
Northeast region of the U.S.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 3-5 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, 5+ years in Corporate or Strategic Accounts Sales within healthcare, excellent communication skills, organization, teamwork, and critical thinking capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and expand corporate relationships with healthcare facilities, identify new business opportunities, conduct meetings and trainings, manage account expectations, negotiate terms/pricing, and conduct business reviews with key accounts.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships with healthcare facilities, focusing on growth through solution-based sales and effective contract management.

The selected candidate must reside in the northeast region of the U.S.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts within assigned geography.
- Conduct n-person and/or virtually attend all meetings, conventions, and training workshops throughout assigned local and/or national geography.
- Develop Corporate Supply Chain contacts (VP/Director/Manager level Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials Management and Contracts).
- Cultivate relationships at all levels that enhance Argon’s positions and lead to incremental business within designated account base.
- Work closely with Region Manager, Territory Managers and Clinicals across assigned key accounts.
- Own account list, manage expectations, timeline, and assume lead role with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly, bi-annual, and annual Business Reviews with key accounts.
- Negotiate terms/pricing and respond to RFP’s within assigned accounts.
- Mitigate contract language and documents together with company's legal department and customers' legal and contract teams.
- Uncover customer corporate initiatives and obstacles and develop solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience working in Medical Device Sales.
- 5 plus years working in Corporate or Strategic Accounts Sales – Healthcare specific to US Hospitals
- 3-5 years’ experience managing large geography.
- Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be organized and the ability to pay attention to details.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills (Internal and External).
- Must possess critical thinking skills to provide solutions to customers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven ability to expand partnership and business relationships with large and small Health Systems.
