JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day management of all aspects surrounding detailed sponsorship agreements that deliver on partner goals and objectives. The Manager, Corporate Partnership Marketing acts as the liaison between multiple Partners and/or their agencies and internal departments of the Dallas Cowboys organization. Additionally, the Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing will facilitate key departmental projects on behalf of the Corporate Partnership Marketing team. The Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing reports to a Corporate Partnership Marketing, Director.

Job Duties:
  • Act as the primary liaison of founding level and key Partners for the Dallas Cowboys organization, responsible for the facilitation and execution of sponsorship agreements
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution and day-to-day management of assigned account assets; inclusive, but not limited to, digital marketing, television, radio, internet, print, and hospitality
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure a full understanding of client marketing objectives and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to properly execute contractual marketing assets received by Partners
  • Maintain detailed planning records, using CRM/KORE system
  • Track expenses and manage budgets related to execution of sponsorship agreements
  • Present detailed reporting on sponsorship execution, including affidavits, photographs, and program summaries
  • Facilitate ongoing client engagement through meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
  • Coordinate special events for client accounts, managing from planning to execution of these events
  • Maintain thorough and consistent communication with a Director, Partnership Marketing regarding Partner account activity
  • Represent the Dallas Cowboys at Corporate Partner events and functions as determined by the business and in support of Corporate Partnership Marketing Team
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by a Director, Corporate Partnership Marketing
  • Travel as required (up to 15%)
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Sports Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related area of study preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years of successful experience in a Partnership, Sponsorship or marketing role
  • Experience managing execution of media and/or Partnership accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Experience and success in developing and maintaining relationships with a strategic and consultative approach
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days)
