Position Summary
The Corporate Strategy and Implementation Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans. Additionally, this role will oversee all brand marketing efforts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enhance the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Develop detailed strategic plans that outline objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.
Project Implementation:
  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Create project roadmaps, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Brand Marketing Oversight:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Performance Analysis:
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Qualifications
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, brand marketing, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
