Proficiency in Dillard’s systems, ability to model a 5-star service experience, and effective planning skills with Store and Sales Managers, as well as Vendor Partners.

Influence the beauty team and contribute to business growth, meet personal sales expectations, build a client base, execute visual standards, and participate in planning sessions.

Full-time position focused on driving sales and service excellence within the beauty department, with opportunities for bonuses and various employee benefits.
- Influence the entire beauty team to participate in the growth of your counter/brand’s business
- Meet your personal sales expectations and help influence others
- Build a healthy client base
- Model the Dillard’s 5 star service experience for your team
- Be proficient in Dillard’s systems
- Execute the visual standards per the guidelines
- Responsible for planning regularly with Store Manager, Sales Manager and Vendor Partners
- Bonus opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
