QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; 5+ years of experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar role; strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.

Lead the creative execution of marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, collaborate with internal partners and external agencies, monitor creative performance, ensure brand consistency, maintain creative budget and calendar.

Chevron is seeking a Creative Account Specialist to manage creative marketing strategies and execution that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Responsible for design and implementation of creative marketing strategies that align with business goals (working in strong alignment with Strategy and Operations team).
- Lead the creative process, collaborating with internal partners and driving external agencies to develop creative that adheres to campaign goals, target audience specifications, key messaging, brand guidelines and brief requirements.
- Proactive leads partnership with marketing peers. Collaborates with sector, content and media managers to ensure creative design is aligned with plan and meets desired business outcomes.
- Monitor creative performance in conjunction with media analyst and gather feedback from key stakeholders. Adapt and optimize creative to results based on KPI metrics, feedback and evolving goals/needs. Recommend A/B and other testing protocols as needed.
- Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Maintain creative budget and associated calendar, making workflow of key deliverables available to dependent stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
