Summary

Home Care Powered by AUAF is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Creative Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Specialist, this role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling and content creation. You will assist in producing high-quality multimedia content that showcases the heart of our organization—our caregivers and clients—while supporting the Marketing Specialist with various projects as needed.

Reports to – Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filming & Video Production: Plan, film, and edit videos that highlight the experiences of caregivers and clients, showcasing the human side of our services.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including videos, photography, and written materials, for various platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and the website.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Assist the Marketing Specialist with content-related tasks, campaign planning, and execution as needed.
  • Storytelling: Work with caregivers and clients to craft authentic and compelling narratives that reflect our mission and values.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality photos during client visits, events, and caregiver interactions for use across marketing channels.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Provide content for social media posts and collaborate on strategies to enhance online engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Contribute ideas for campaigns, content themes, and innovative approaches to storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in video production and editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the caregiving or healthcare industry is a bonus but not required.
