SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Creative Director to define and maintain visual identity for FOX brands, leading a multidisciplinary team to support digital growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage a creative team, consisting of graphic designers, a copywriter, and a video editor, to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, and other creative leads across the organization, to ensure cohesive creative outputs.
- Oversee the production of various creative materials such as digital banners, promotional content, email marketing, rich media, push notifications, and app store assets.
- Establish design standards and creative guidelines that maintain brand consistency across FOX Sports, FOX Nation, FOX Weather, and FOX News.
- Coach and mentor the creative team to foster innovation, improve performance, and nurture talent within the studio.
- Serve as a strategic partner in shaping the visual identity of FOX’s digital products across multiple channels.
- Ensure alignment of creative projects with overall product and marketing goals, facilitating efficient collaboration between teams.
- Act as the primary representative of the in-house digital studio, providing strategic leadership and setting priorities that align with broader company objectives.
- Experience in creative leadership, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative work.
- Strong skills in building storyboards and visual storytelling across various platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate creative concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong collaboration skills, aligning creative work with marketing and product strategies.
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing creative talent.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay ahead of creative trends.
- Strong narrative and storytelling skills to create engaging and cohesive visual campaigns.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $106,000.00-146,500.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $88,300.00-122,000.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
