Join Amelia HQ as a Creative Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a highly motivated creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. You are a designer who is proactive and not afraid to ask questions and go the extra mile. You can multi-task and handle executing designs across multiple formats, as well as collaborate on larger design initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all of our brands.
  • Design engaging social media graphics, including static and dynamic content (e.g., carousels, video graphics).
  • Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, including images, logos, and templates.
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Continuously explore new creative approaches and techniques.
  • Ensure all assets are properly labeled, tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Prepare files for print production.
  • Create eye-catching cover photos, profile pictures, and other social media assets.
  • Develop and maintain consistent social media aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Create and maintain brand style guides, including color palettes, typography, and imagery.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Must have experience managing 100k/month budgets on Google/Meta
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of digital media campaigns including planning, campaign setup, QA, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting.
  • Google Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Measurement).
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Capable of adapting to changes in priorities, digital marketing trends, and search engine marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in conveying strategies, results, and insights to team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace productivity tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
