Assist with music and brand marketing campaigns, support multi-unit campaign pivots and creative development, track trending audios and creators, stay updated on pop culture/TikTok trends, shadow production work for Flighthouse Radio, and engage in weekly calls with Account Managers to support influencer team workflow.

The Creative Marketing Coordinator will support Flighthouse’s music and brand marketing campaigns, including brainstorming publicity stunts, recommending influencers, and ensuring smooth workflow across business units.

SUMMARY:

The Creative Marketing Coordinator will support Flighthouse’s music and brand marketing campaigns. This role will support with brainstorming the next big movie publicity stunt, recommending influencers, to creating reference videos. This role will also be responsible for the workflow between different business units.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with music and brand marketing campaigns
  • Assist with multi-unit campaign pivots and creative development
  • Track trending audios and creators for proposals and label outreach
  • Stay on top of the latest pop culture/TikTok trends and apply findings across campaigns
  • Assist and shadow any production work associated with Flighthouse Radio.
  • Attend weekly calls with Account Managers to support with the influencer team’s overall workflow, campaign trajectory, creator lists, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ year of marketing related experience
  • Knowledge of social media trends, pop culture moments, and trending music/sounds
  • Ability to aid in creative ideation that directly affects campaign performance and strategy
  • Ability to be comfortable in front of a camera
  • Ability to communicate with staff, guests and clients of all levels
  • Previous experience in content creation preferred

PAY SCALE:

  • $19.00 - $21.00/hr
