Creative Operations Specialist Associate
LOCATION
Minnesota and western Wisconsin (Day Shift, 40 hours per week)
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Vocational degree, Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (equivalent experience considered), 0-2 years of project management experience supporting a creative team, familiarity with marketing project management software, and experience with budget planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage projects for the visual design team, uphold brand standards, support vendor relations, assist in marketing strategy execution, organize customer requirements, and contribute to creative production for events and content development.

Job Description:
Responsible for supplying specialized experience related to brand, marketing strategy and communications. Provides actionable business support and project management, which includes delivering projects on-time and within budget.
Principle Responsibilities

Project Management
- Provides detailed project management and support for the visual design team.
- Monitors, responds, and delegates requests received via Smartsheet, Service Central, and Email.
- Capacity planning and prioritization for deliverables.
- Upholds brand standards and creative direction from senior team members.
- Ensures brand standards are followed and observed. Supports onboarding and training for staff across the Allina Health system to educate colleagues on the creative request process, tools, and technology.

Production & Vendor Relations
- DOD user and order support
- Allina Health Shop orders
- SMARTWORKS inventory management

Process, Workflows, Budget, and Asset Management
- Assists with execution of marketing strategic and business plans.
- Facilitates project and process improvement discussions.
- Supports and maintains workflows.
- Organizes customer requirements and ensures customer expectations are managed.

Program Management
- Contributes to Marketing programs including: Design on Demand, custom business cards, corporate stationary (letterhead, envelopes, etc.) and branded templates.
- Collaborates to maintain a library of self-service creative resources for Allina Health employees such as templates, images/illustrations, logos, and guidelines. Promotes these resources and initiates projects to create new items as needed.

Creative Production
- Overflow creative production and support for events, interviews, video capture and editing, content development, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Vocational degree
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (equivalent work experience considered)
- 0 to 2 years as a project manager with direct experience supporting a creative team and managing vendors
- 0 to 2 years with marketing project management software such as Service Now, Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, or similar with the ability to create and implement technical workflows and process within these systems
- 0 to 2 years of experience with annual budget planning and oversight

Additional Job Description:
- 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period)
- 8-hour day shifts No weekends
- -No major holiday's
Pay Range:
Pay Range: $28.67 to $39.29 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
