Atlassian is seeking a Creative Producer to join their internal agency, focusing on motion graphics and video production to support global marketing objectives and enhance the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities:

Atlassian is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join the Creative Studio, our diverse and vibrant internal agency. As a Motion Graphics and Video Creative Producer, you will help deliver impactful work that supports Atlassian’s global marketing and business goals. You’ll be joining the Creative Production & Operations arm of the team, empowering the team to do incredible work, and ushering projects through the entire creative life cycle.

In this role, you are:

  • A self-directed, hands-on implementer, and an excellent teammate who brings organization (and delight!) to every project.

  • Effectively partnering cross-functionally with all levels of management. You will build rapport to support business growth strategies and marketing initiatives on a diverse range of creative projects.

  • Invested in the vision of the project just as much as the planning and process management.

  • Maintaining a holistic and hands-on approach to video and animation management. You set and maintain all the milestones from strategy to planning, messaging, creative development, and tracking results.

  • Deeply rooted in the creative process, from brief through production. You can anticipate when trade-offs should be made and rules set aside, and you are able to clearly communicate goals and risks to project partners and the team.

  • Establishing teams, planning requirements, and coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget and scope, with multiple partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5–8 years of creative production experience on an internal Motion Design team at an Agency and/or internal Brand Marketing team

Preferred qualifications:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Enthusiasm for animation design, copywriting, and the overall creative process

  • Energized by new challenges

  • Expertise working on large initiatives across timezones

  • Extensive experience with animation/illustration motion graphics for videos and short animations

  • Experience with live-action video and editing

  • Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience with project managing internal projects as well as managing external agencies and production vendors

  • Familiarity and expertise with Jira, Confluence, Frame.io, and Dropbox for running and storing projects is a plus

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $116,900 - $155,900

Zone B: $105,200 - $140,300

Zone C: $97,000 - $129,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
