Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50 - $58 per hour

Onsite/Remote:

This is a hybrid role (onsite 3 days per week) in one of the following locations:

The Studio team is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee our custom advertising and media solutions projects globally. The successful candidate will help facilitate planning and operational excellence. They would manage and prioritize team pipeline and partnerships across the business, while ensuring operational processes are in place and updated as needed, striving for continuous improvements. This is a cross functional role working within the Studio team directly, and facilitating with various areas within the business such as media planning and insights reporting team, account management, and Brand partners where needed.

They would oversee the intake forms and process, steward day to day project management of our global projects, maintain project status and be across each project end-to-end to ensure that all requirements and deliverables are met, tracking all workflow steps in our proj mgmt. tools.

They will be very detail oriented, technically minded and enjoy problem solving. They will also have some account management responsibilities, maintaining relationships with partners throughout and beyond the campaign phase. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and will help foster campaign executions, and be driven, resourceful and forward thinking. Person should thrive for process and organization. This is a temporary 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities of the Creative Project Manager: 

  • End-to-end implementation and project management of campaigns with media partners
  • Feed into weekly/monthly status reporting
  • Assist team in managing intake of all projects/assignments, validating requests, and allocating resources
  • Liaise with internal project stakeholders including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management
  • Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines
  • Anticipate and manage potential blockers across campaign, flagging to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions
  • Act as a liaison between the studio and the client - clearly communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, questions, etc. To maintain project integrity
  • Liaise with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing
  • Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
  • Partner with production and agency teams to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels and archive final assets upon completion of project
  • Work across UK and US timezones

Qualifications of the Creative Project Manager: 

  • Project management expertise and experience coordinating multiple projects at once while managing deadlines
  • Creative and production knowledge; whether familiar with design, integrated production, or social media assets
  • Adaptability and ability to flex and find solutions as priorities change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to be detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain relationships with partners throughout and beyond the campaign phase

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
