2+ years of experience in digital marketing or creative roles, strong storytelling skills, intermediate-level photography and videography skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and basic understanding of performance metrics.

Develop original concepts for direct-response ads, write scripts and storyboards, organize content shoots, manage production timelines and budgets, assist in content capturing, collaborate on creative strategy, maintain asset libraries, and analyze performance metrics to improve results.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Facebook Creative Strategist to craft and execute creative concepts for performance marketing channels while managing production processes and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance advertising effectiveness.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Facebook Creative Strategist to help us develop and execute compelling creative for performance marketing channels. In this role, you will craft unique creative concepts, write scripts, assist in creating photo and video content, and own part of performance marketing results. You’ll also play a key part in managing our creative production process—from organizing shoots to coordinating content creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Conceptualization:
- Brainstorm and develop original, attention-grabbing concepts for direct-response ads. (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, TikTok ads, YouTube ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure that ideas align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and consumer insights.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding:
- Write clear, engaging scripts for video ads that resonate with target audiences.
- Translate creative ideas into storyboards and shot lists to guide content production.
- Content Production & Coordination:
- Plan and organize local or remote shoots, coordinating with content creators, videographers, photographers, and other collaborators.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth production processes.
- Photography & Videography:
- Assist in capturing and filming content for direct response ads.
- Edit and optimize content for various channels and formats.
- Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Partner with performance and growth marketing team to enhance overall creative strategy.
- Provide ongoing creative insights to iterate and improve advertising performance.
- Asset Management & Analysis:
- Maintain organized libraries of all content assets.
- Assist in reviewing performance metrics to refine creative approaches and maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience & Education:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, paid advertising, or creative concept development, copywriting, and content production (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- A background in marketing, communications, design, or related field is a plus.
- Creative Mindset:
- Proven ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that drive RESULTS
- Strong storytelling skills for direct-response marketing campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate-level photography and videography skills
- Strong Facebook ad background
- Media buying
- Project Management:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external content creators.
- Analytical Skills:
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and how to pivot creatively based on data-driven insights.
- Team Player:
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, receptive to feedback, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
