The Magic Booster Fun team is responsible for the strategy and execution of many of Magic's most engaging collectibles, focusing on wild and captivating alt-art cards that thrill players and allow them to express themselves through their collections and decks. We are passionate creators who take bold swings.
As the Creative Producer for the Booster Fun team you are the organizational core of our team, keeping us charging forward efficiently and boldly as a group. You will own the process, scheduling, and workflow across all of our Booster Fun art and frames, helping us get a huge number of visual assets delivered on time and on budget, and help make our products better tomorrow than they've ever been before.
What You'll Do:
- Drive us forward every day: bring clarity and consensus to the team by generating action items, driving conversations to conclusions, and keeping track of decisions.
- Coordinate planning with partners in various departments to align overall Magic art needs and resourcing. We are one small part of a large Magic team, and our work needs to work for everyone.
- Cross-team coordination within the Collectibility group: partner closely with the other producers to keep work running smoothly.
- Support a group of Art Directors and Graphic Designers and continually identify and implement creative ways to free up their bandwidth.
- Own Booster Fun team schedules, documentation, and communications including leading weekly production meetings.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ Years’ experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar game project management position.
- Excellent project management skills; capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects
- Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication
- Experience working with Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel and digital asset management systems
- Ability to navigate and support creatives in an ambiguous and fast-paced creative environment
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $95,838
- Pay Range End: $165,325
