ABOUT THIS POSITION:
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and automating Go High Level and Zapier workflows, ensuring seamless integrations between tools, and enhancing overall operational efficiency for our lead generation clients. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver top-notch results for clients by maintaining high-performing automation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with other team members to create innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design, implement, and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems for various client accounts, ensuring proper setup of funnels, pipelines, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Zapier automations to streamline workflows, enhance data integration, and eliminate manual processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GoHighLevel, Zapier, and third-party integrations promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other team members to understand client objectives and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of GoHighLevel campaigns and automations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and optimize custom workflows, forms, and surveys within GoHighLevel to enhance client lead management.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data flows and automations across multiple client accounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in GoHighLevel and Zapier to leverage new functionalities for client benefit.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years of experience working with GoHighLevel CRM and Zapier automation.
  • Proven track record of managing and automating workflows for 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ideally has worked at a Marketing Agency helping local businesses.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes and how to optimize systems to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with additional tools and integrations such as Google Sheets, Slack, and other APIs is a plus.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
