Positive Promotions is seeking a technology and results-driven CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our CRM database ecosystem. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team through database management, lead routing configuration by team and role, and integration of data from our ERP system. The ideal candidate will excel at implementing and configuring CRM solutions to orchestrate inbound leads to the correct Account Owner, configure accounts and contacts by territory, and funnel unassigned leads to the inside sales team. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, E-Commerce, and Positive Dev Team, to develop and execute impactful initiatives that drive sales growth and create a clear CRM road map for sellers to hit sales targets by working more efficiently.

Position Overview

The CRM reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Technology and is a vital member of the Sales Management team. This role will orchestrate and execute sales strategies defined for each division of sales through the effective use of SUGAR CRM, aligning technology, processes, and data insights to achieve strategic goals to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Enhancement

  • Manage and optimize the SUGAR CRM system, including user administration, dashboards, marketing automation, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Positive Promotions Dev Team to import and route data from the AS400-based ERP system into SUGAR CRM, ensuring accurate synchronization of customer, contact, and sales revenue data for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain lead routing orchestration and assignment rules by role.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline sales processes.
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for tracking performance metrics.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and divisional sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies for each sales division.
  • Utilize SUGAR CRM and SUGAR MARKET to monitor, track, and analyze divisional sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive results.
  • Standardize sales processes and best practices across all sales teams to track and evaluate new leads and open opportunities.
  • Align CRM capabilities with broader sales objectives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing Technology & Lead Generation

  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms integrated with SUGAR CRM to support lead generation and tracking.
  • Design and optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate and track inbound leads from web and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics for continuous improvement.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop targeted content strategies through SUGAR Market.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and ensure proper integration of content assets within CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Track and report on content effectiveness in driving business development.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations with a strong focus on CRM administration and integration.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM systems like SUGAR CRM, with proven success in dashboard creation and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP-to-CRM data integration.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellence in project management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) or equivalent in SUGAR CRM.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, SUGAR Market).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, including AS400, and data integration best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
