About Your Work
The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role involves analyzing customer data, driving targeted campaigns, and leveraging CRM tools to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers for our Altais network.

CRM Strategy Development
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns, ensuring customer journeys are personalized, timely, and relevant.
- Segment customer databases to create targeted messaging and offers

Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of email, SMS, push notifications, and other CRM channels.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Customer Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that inform campaign strategies.
- Use CRM software and analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management to optimize CRM strategies.

Customer Retention & Engagement
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Implement loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and customer feedback loops to keep customers engaged.
- Foster a customer-first mindset across the business and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

CRM System Management
- Oversee and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, segmentation integrity, and proper integration with other marketing tools.
- Provide training and support to teams using the CRM system.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the product, content, and digital marketing teams to create cohesive, customer-focused campaigns.
- Partner with sales teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
- Liaise with senior leadership to define CRM objectives and report on progress toward goals.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in email marketing, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management best practices.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing or a related field.
- Required: At least 3-5 years' experience proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.

Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
