Seeking a CRM Manager to oversee and optimize CRM processes for Real Estate and Hospitality clients at Real Living Productions, focusing on strategic implementation and data management to drive sales growth.

Real Living Productions is seeking a CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes for Residential Real Estate and Hospitality clients.

The Manager will oversee, develop, and execute CRM strategies for Real Estate and Hospitality clients, with a focus on: optimizing various systems for sales and business development, implementing CRM-related programs and services, and designing personalized customer reporting.

Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining system integrity for our clients and enabling Real Living Productions to deliver efficient and insightful reporting to inform marketing strategies and drive sales goals.

This position will be essential in retaining and growing our customer base by leveraging the full capabilities of our marketing services and incorporating them seamlessly with each client’s CRM.

● Manage and optimize the administration and day-to-day operations of our clients’ assorted CRM systems. These include (but are not limited to): ECI / Lasso, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Zoho and Salesforce

● Design CRM solutions that align with Real Estate business requirements, goals and industry best practices

● Collaborate closely with Real Living Productions’ Account Managers to advise our clients on their CRM needs, such as recommending specic systems and price-eective service tiers that work within the client’s budget

● Customize and congure client CRM’s to align with our unique Real Estate requirements, including creating and modifying entities, elds, forms, etc.

● Work closely with clients to train them on CRM workows and implement best practices

● Create, maintain and deliver weekly data reports and/or dashboards for our clients as needed

● Collaborate with Web Developers to ensure proper setup and tracking of data for paid online lead campaigns, website forms, mass email marketing campaigns and other client deliverables

● Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring eective project execution, resource allocation, and adherence to project milestones and budgets

● Ability to utilize Google Analytics, Zapier, API and other essential tools to track, preserve and archive client databases

● Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions

● Assist in maintaining client CRM databases to aid developing and implementing changes to our management and marketing strategies

● Provide comprehensive training, technical support, and guidance to CRM clients

● Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate synergy with clients and reporting requirements

● Participate in direct calls and meetings with clients to improve communication surroundingtheir CRM needs and expectations

● Understanding of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, pivot tables and reporting metrics.

Some of the things you might bring to the role include:

● Undergraduate B.S. Degree

● 3+ years of professional CRM management experience

● Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering CRM implementation projects in the real estate industry.

● Strong understanding of administering, customizing and reporting across a variety of CRMsystems - ECI/Lasso, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Excel, etc.

● Expertise in organizing CRM systems to meet individual client needs and administrative specifications. This includes: conguring and creating customized reporting, website forms, dashboards, reports, and workflows

● Familiarity utilizing Zapier and other programs to ensure seamless and ecient data connections across various client websites and CRMs

● Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

● Project examples and/or portfolio required

● Experience in Residential Real Estate CRM's is a plus

● AI and Web Development experience is also a plus.

● Critical attention to detail to ensure reporting content is correct

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
