Key Responsibilities:
- Engage face-to-face with community members and facilitate the process of qualifying and enrolling them into the services available to them.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to convert potential customers into loyal clients, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing each customer’s unique needs with professionalism and care.
- Boost revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction by effectively communicating current promotions and their value.
- Resolve client concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty through quick and satisfactory solutions.
- Work alongside top-performing associates and senior managers to stay informed about industry trends and refine your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or similar customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
