Anaconda is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic communications that enhance customer relationships and highlight customer success within the AI and data science community.

Summary
What You'll Do
- Identify and nurture relationships with key customers for marketing initiatives
- Create compelling customer success stories and case studies to be shared both internally and externally
- Manage customer reference program
- Coordinate customer speaking opportunities and testimonials at events
- Build a repository of customer success stories and testimonials
- Develop and execute strategic customer communications across owned channels (blog, social media, email) to deliver product announcements, company news, events, and customer resources, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum engagement
- Partner with product marketing to monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for thought leadership content, customer success stories, and strategic communications that differentiate our solutions
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather customer insights, identify advocacy opportunities, and ensure communications align with customer needs and business objectives
- Create and deliver regular sales enablement content quarterly trend reports, customer insight briefs, and competitive intelligence updates, empowering the sales team with timely market analysis and customer success stories to drive more effective conversations
- Drive customer ROI storytelling by collaborating with customer success teams to gather quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback, then translate these insights into compelling content formats including case studies, blog posts, sales enablement materials, and data-driven infographics that demonstrate business value
- Participate in the development and execution of our customer advisory board program, collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to gather strategic insights that inform product direction and create powerful customer advocacy opportunities for marketing initiatives
- Maintain a consistent voice and messaging that is reflective of the brand across all customer communication
- 5+ years of experience in customer communications, content marketing, or related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
- Proven track record of creating compelling case studies and customer success stories
- Experience managing customer advisory boards or similar customer advocacy programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

The US base salary range for this role is $79,900-$119,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
