RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner across teams to develop customer marketing programs, utilize customer insights for revenue growth, analyze customer data for trends, manage field marketing budgets, and report on campaign performance, while adapting strategies based on pipeline needs.

Egnyte is looking for a stellar customer marketing manager, that has previous experience marketing to and driving demand within a customer-base. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective customer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across multiple channels and growth. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with sales counterparts is critical to success in this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on customer programs and analytics. Growth marketing experience preferred- Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
- Knowledge and understanding key technologies – Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
