As the first Customer Marketing Manager at EvenUp, drive customer advocacy and engagement through comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight the impact of EvenUp’s solutions in supporting injury law firms.

As our first Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer advocacy and engagement. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize customer interaction, nurture advocacy, and showcase the impact of EvenUp’s solutions. Reporting into our Director of Strategic Marketing, this is a unique opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a passion for storytelling, customer success, and innovation. What You’ll Do:

  • Advocacy Programs: Build and maintain customer advocacy programs, continuously recruiting and engaging customer advocates to support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.

  • Customer Stories: Identify and nurture key customers for case studies, speaking opportunities, and testimonials. Maintain a library of success stories to support marketing and sales efforts.

  • Community Engagement: Plan, execute, and manage community-building initiatives to foster customer relationships and engagement.

  • Surveys and Insights: Oversee quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, leveraging insights to drive organizational improvements.

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content that highlights the impact of EvenUp’s solutions, including case studies, blog posts, and event presentations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to align customer advocacy efforts with business goals.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer marketing and engagement.

  • Proven experience running advocacy or referral programs with measurable success.

  • High-growth company experience with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a structured approach to project management.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Bonus: Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with legal processes.
