High School Diploma, 2 years of customer service experience, 1 year of sales experience, fluency in Microsoft Office and CRMs, with a proactive problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills. Must obtain Property & Casualty license within the first 30 days and Life and Health License within 6 months of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide product and service information, assist with quotes and appointments, cross-sell services, maintain customer interaction records, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Job Overview

Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assisting agent with home and auto quotes
- Schedule appointments
- Cross Selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize research skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Contribute to content marketing and social media by assisting in the creation of promotional materials using Canva
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including performance marketing and content marketing.
- Has exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office suits and CRMs
- Experience with advertising techniques, both print and digital, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to acquire Property & Casualty license within first 30 days of employment and Life and Health License within 6 months.
