QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience, 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or marketing preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage sales and marketing activities for designated territory/accounts, confirm and submit orders, advise customers on stock status, process customer orders, log sales information, maintain customer data, and complete Business Development projects.

Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) position focused on supporting sales goals, operating in a dynamic environment, and engaging with customers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)
We have a career opportunity for an Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) that has a passion for working in sales by supporting sales goals and operations. We will consider candidates new to the job force who have a willingness to learn about our products and have a great work ethic.
The position will be located at 11128 John Galt Blvd, Omaha, NE 68137, working with different management levels and support personnel in all other locations.
The impact you will have:
- You will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for a designated territory and/or accounts including:
- Confirm and submit orders and provide price quotes to customers
- Advise customers on material stock status, special order requirements and payment policies
- Send sample sto customers upon request
- Process, invoice, and post customer orders within the system
- Obtain shipping quotes
- Log and/or scan Sales information, such as tracing, invoices, labels and other documents
- Guide the flow of documentation to ensure prompt shipment of orders
- You will maintain customer data and manage customer updates and changes
- You will professionally communicate with customers, visitors and guest in-person, over the phone and via email
- You will aid in completing Business Development projects
- You will develop and enhance industry and product knowledge
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience
- 1 year experience in a customer service, sales or makerting role preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated environment is preferred
- Detailed-oriented, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
